Conditional Use/Administrative Conditional Use

Review of certain uses or development to ensure compatibility within the land use district or surrounding properties.

An Administrative Conditional Use application is reviewed administratively by the land use division. (LA)

A Conditional Use application requires a public hearing before the hearing examiner. (LB)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

1. Application type: Land Use
2. Project type: Nonresidential or Multifamily Residential
3. Activity type: Use Approval
4. Scope of work: Conditional Use or Conditional Use - Administrative
