Amendment applications may be submitted with or without a rezone application. (LQ)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

  1. Application type: Land Use
  2. Project type: Nonresidential or Multifamily Residential or Single Family Residential
  3. Activity type: Code or Plan Amendments and Interpretations
  4. Scope of work: Comprehensive Plan Amendment

In-person Permit Center services are available Monday to Thursday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

The Permit Center will be open on Friday from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., although customers visiting City Hall may be served remotely by permitting staff.
