Arts Commission
The Arts Commission advises the City Council regarding the arts in Bellevue.

Bellevue Diversity Advisory Network
The Bellevue Diversity Advisory Network is made up of a diverse group who provide counsel to the city on how to better reach, serve, communicate and collaborate with Bellevue’s diverse communities.
Bellevue-Redmond Tourism Promotion Area Advisory Board
The Tourism Promotion Area Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Council regarding the use of revenue from the TPA fee.
Civil Service Commission
The Civil Service Commission works to ensure that recruitment, selection and placement of uniformed firefighters and police personnel below the level of chief are made in a fair and unbiased process. The commission also investigates the suspension, demotion and/or discharge of a member.

Environmental Services Commission
The Environmental Services Commission advises the City Council on water, wastewater, storm and surface water and garbage programs.
Firemen's Pension Board
The Board generally supervises and controls the administration of this fund, and ultimately has responsible oversight for administrative activities.
Human Services Commission
The Human Services Commission advises the City Council concerning human services planning and funding.
LEOFF 1 Disability Board
The LEOFF 1 Disability Board approves medical claims for active and retired fire and police LEOFF 1 members, and approves disability leaves and retirements for active fire and police LEOFF 1 members.
Library Advisory Board
The Bellevue Library Advisory Board makes periodic reports and recommendations to the City Council and city manager related to the scope and quality of library services provided to Bellevue residents by the King County Library System.
Network on Aging
The Network On Aging supports healthy aging in the community by promoting awareness of needs and resources that help older adults through life’s transitions and through systematic outreach, regional collaboration and community involvement. To do so, the board must:
Parks & Community Services Board
The Parks & Community Services Board advises the City Council on parks and open space issues.
Planning Commission
The Planning Commission reviews and proposes amendments to the Comprehensive Plan.
Salary Commission
Pursuant to RCW 35.21.015, the Independent Salary Commission reviews and establishes the salaries of the members of the City Council.
Special Events Committee
The Special Events Committee is appointed by the City Council to interpret and administer the Special Events Code, establish event conditions and fees, set event times, places and conditions designed to help ensure safe, quality events, and approve issuance of event permits.
Transportation Commission
The Transportation Commission advises the City Council on transportation-related issues.
Youth Link Board
The Youth Link Board consists of 12 youth and six adults from the Bellevue community who advise the city manager regarding youth issues. They advocate to make system-level change on issues that directly impact youth.
