MyBellevue Customer Assistance

Report issues, request services and ask questions all in one place. Customer Assistance is also available in a mobile app, called MyBellevue. Download MyBellevue app through the App Store, Google Play, or the Windows Store. You do not need to use Facebook to create an account. With system upgrades, all new requests submitted through the MyBellevue mobile app or the customer assistance web portal will only be visible to you and verified city staff. Information/requests submitted through MyBellevue can be viewed through Bellevue’s Open Data portal. The information shown there will not include any requestor personal information.
