Temporary Public Facility Permit

Application for a temporary public facility permit for use in case of annexation or times of natural disaster and other emergency circumstances, as determined by the City Manager. (LR) See Land Use Code 20.20.850.

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application information, choose the following:

1. Application type: Land Use
2. Project type: Multifamily or Nonresidential
3. Activity type: Use Approval
4. Scope of Work: Temporary Public Facility
