Vendor Cart Permit

Required for all carts and trucks with functional wheels which are operated for the purpose of vending food, drink or retail goods. Includes vendor cart sign. See Land Use Code 20.30S. (LT)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

1. Application type: Land Use
2. Project type: Multifamily Residential or Nonresidential
3. Activity type: Use Approval
4. Scope of work: Vendor Cart

Required Documents

• Business Registration (tax office)
• Site Plan
• Vendor Cart Owner Authorization
• Visual Depiction of Cart
