This permit is for child care located in other than a private residence, such as a day care center (includes mini day care center) located in a community facility or other facility. (LV)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

1. Application type: Land Use
2. Project type: Multifamily Residential or Nonresidential
3. Activity type: Use Approval
4. Scope of work: Child Care Registration

• Proof of Department of Early Learning Permit
