Site and Infrastructure Documents
The Site and Infrastructure Design Documents file is a combination of the plan sheets that concern the design of a project site at the Land Use permitting stage. The plans will need to be developed sufficiently to illustrate compliance with the Land Use, Fire, Transportation, Utilities, Clearing and Grading, and Buildings codes for the current stage of design.
The requirements for information contained in the Site and Infrastructure Design Documents is determined by the type of permit under which it is submitted. It may contain any or all the following:
- Survey – Boundary and Topographic
- Easements Plan
- Site Coordination plan
- Landscape Plan
- Lot Layout Plan
- Preliminary Traffic Plans
- Preliminary Civil Plans
- Mitigation plan
