Design Guidelines
Applications for Design Review and Master Development Plan shall include responses to all design guidelines for the design district that your proposal is located in. All design guidelines shall be responded to, including each subcomponent of a guideline. This is to ensure that proposals meet the intent of each design guideline and subcomponents of those guidelines.
As part of the application submission, applicants will need to list out the applicable (per the land use district) design guidelines on a plan sheet and provide responses to each one. This should not be in a separate pdf format, uploaded to the permit.
