Bellevue's Environmental Stewardship Initiative is the city's sustainability program, which oversees a range of actions designed to help the city achieve its environmental goals.

- 2022 Greenhouse Gas Inventory Updates:
- Executive Summary: Including our 2022 Inventory Results, retroactive updates, Contribution Analyses, and Emissions Wedge Analysis results.
- Methodology Report: Detailing the updates we made to our 2022 and all previous inventories to incorporate the most current methodology.
- Environmental Performance Dashboard: We've launched a new Environmental Performance Dashboard with interactive graphs and charts to help you explore our progress in detail.
- Sustainable Bellevue Townhall: We held a Sustainable Bellevue Townhall on Tuesday, March 19th from 6:30-8:00pm at Crossroads Community Center. Slides from the event are available on Engaging Bellevue.
- Where do you want to see more electric vehicle charging? Use our interactive map tool to drop a pin to tell us where you want to see public EV charging installed. Your responses will help us map the future of EVs in Bellevue.

- Tree Code Update: Learn about opportunities to share your voice in the tree code update effort, launched at the end of 2022.

Tracking Progress
The city tracks progress on implementing the Sustainable Bellevue Plan and on progress toward achieving the city's environmental goals. The ESI Performance Dashboard tracks progress on the Sustainable Bellevue Plan goals and targets. The dashboard has recently been updated with 2021 performance data. The Sustainable Bellevue Plan Implementation Tracker includes progress updates on the 78 actions in the plan.

Community Engagement
Sustainable Bellevue Plan Community Engagement and Updates
The Environmental Stewardship Team strives to host two community townhalls per year, to engage the community on the implementation of the Sustainable Bellevue Plan and to provide updates on plan implementation progress.
