ChargeReady Bellevue Multifamily Technical Assistance
The City of Bellevue is excited to offer free technical assistance to local multifamily property owners interested in installing electric vehicle (EV) charging at their properties.
This program supports you in the early stages of EV charging planning by helping you:
- Evaluate site feasibility
- Identify potential electrical and infrastructure challenges
- Understand utility coordination requirements
- Gather the key information needed to move forward with installation

What We Offer
City staff and our technical partners provide the following no-cost services:
- In-Person Site Assessments: On-site evaluations to review parking layouts, electrical rooms, panel capacity, and potential charger locations.
- Electrical Load Analysis: Preliminary assessments to determine available electrical capacity and identify potential upgrade needs.
- Funding & Incentive Guidance: Information about available grants, rebates, and other financial incentives to help reduce installation costs.
