EV Roadmap
The EV Roadmap is the city's plan to guide the electric vehicle transition in Bellevue over the coming years. Our work includes providing public EV charging to those who do not have access to charging at home and to areas of Bellevue where charging is less likely to be driven by market forces.
The project launched in fall 2023. We collected input from community members in September 2024. In late spring 2024, we will release potential locations for charging sites, chosen with input from the community. The EV Roadmap was completed in October of 2024.

EV Roadmap Engagement
Outreach for the EV Roadmap was conducted in two phases. Phase I covered the development of the draft Roadmap and strategies from the launch of the project in December of 2023 to April 2024. Phase II covered the release of the draft strategies and draft roadmap to the public from July to September 2024.
The EV Roadmap team made thousands of connections with community members through online tools and in-person events and used a variety of techniques to reach different cross sections of the public.
