Mini City Hall is a neighborhood service center extending city services and community connections to Bellevue’s diverse population. Inside the Crossroads Bellevue mall, Mini City Hall specializes in personalized customer service, provided by a friendly staff, in 8 different languages. We also offer phone interpretation in 240 languages.

Schedule for Interpreters (telephone or email)
The languages and times listed are based on the availability of our staff and partners who speak these languages. If your language is not listed, we offer a language line service to provide an interpreter over the phone. This service is available both in person at Mini City Hall and over the phone. Please contact us in advance to arrange for an interpreter.

Our partners visit Mini City Hall on a set schedule to assist residents, community members, and anyone seeking their services. Appointments are required for SHIBA – Office of the Insurance Commissioner and KIN ON. To schedule an appointment with these partners, please call us. Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA) volunteers provide free, unbiased and confidential help with Medicare to people of all ages and backgrounds. SHIBA volunteer advisors can help you:
- Assess your Medicare health care coverage
- Determine your general eligibility for health care coverage programs
- Evaluate and compare Medicare plans and programs
- Provide enrollment help with Medicare
- Speak with 1-800 Medicare on your behalf
- Make referrals to other agencies and programs
