    Summer Clean Up Events!

Join us for helping to pick up litter and clean up Downtown and Factoria this summer!

    Downtown, Saturday morning, August 12, 8:30 -10 a.m.

    Factoria, Saturday morning, August 19, 8:30-10 a.m.

Residents, visitors and businesses praise Bellevue for being a safe, clean and vibrant city. Together, we all can help to keep Bellevue beautiful as a place for everyone to enjoy!

This year, Keep Bellevue Beautiful will roll out different ways for you to learn and help.

    Summer 2023 Citywide Cleanup Events

Keep Bellevue Beautiful will launch two Saturday morning cleanup events in two neighborhoods: Downtown on August 12, 8:30-10 a.m. and Factoria on August 19, 8:30-10 a.m. We are looking for community partners to help sponsor and participate in these events.

    Fall/Winter 2023-24 Signature Streets

"Signature streets" provide important first and lasting impressions of Bellevue. These are also streets that have frequently been “hot spots” for reported litter. Beginning this fall, the city will focus on key locations for volunteers to direct litter cleanup events. These locations will be determined by high level of visibility, amount of litter "hot spots," and geographic locations across the city.

    2024 Adopt-A-Street Campaign

Neighborhoods, community groups and businesses will have an opportunity to adopt a location to plan cleanup events. Locations will be approved by the city to ensure safety and that volunteer groups will receive safety orientations and appropriate safety and cleanup equipment. After the successful completion of a year’s commitment, community groups may request an Adopt-A-Street sign for their selected location, which will remain for the duration of their commitment. Coming Spring 2024.
