The $7 million NEP allocation approved by the City Council for 2023-2029 is distributed among 14 NEP neighborhood areas. The NEP neighborhood areas correspond to the 16 neighborhood areas in the city's Comprehensive Plan, with the exception of Wilburton, BelRed, Eastgate and Factoria. These areas were combined to maximize their funding allocation, which is based on the number of households in each area.
