    Are you looking for a fun, free, family-friendly event, and the chance to explore Bellevue’s newest neighborhood, the Spring District? The City of Bellevue invites you to the Spring District Family Festival Saturday, May 18, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Spring District Plaza at 12167 NE 14th Terrace. 

    Activities

    KidsQuest Children’s Museum will be on site with interactive activities. For older kids and adults, Reality Break Escapes will present portable games and puzzles. Staff from the city’s Transportation, Utilities and Community Development departments will have tables at the festival to share important city resources. 

    Lunch will be available to purchase from a variety of food trucks and vendors. For live music, Mambo Cadillac will deliver Latin-flavored tunes while Club Furcula will offer indie rock.

    Directions and Parking

    Attendees are encouraged to use sustainable transportation methods, including the new Sound Transit 2 Line. For inquiries regarding free parking or rail tickets, reach out to neighborhoodoutreach@bellevuewa.gov or 425-452-6836.

    There is limited street parking and free parking, with reservations, in the Global Innovation Exchange (GIX) garage. People can also use the park-and-ride lot at the BelRed light rail station and take the train one stop. The BellHop shuttle is available from downtown.

For complaints regarding accommodations, contact Bellevue’s ADA/Title VI administrator at 425-452-6168. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, dial 711.
