Are you looking to gather for a birthday, class, graduation, or reunion party or perhaps a family, friends, or work picnic? Find everything needed to request Small Private Site Use in a Bellevue Park.
Small Private Site Use cannot be open to the public, exceed number of people allowed at site, and have no more than two (2) special uses.
Groups requesting Public or Large Private Event Use cannot apply online. To request, contact:

Park Site Guidelines: Essential information for park rentals. When you sign the Agreement section of the request form, you are confirming that you:
- Understand the reservation process (how to request, deadlines, fees).
- Know your rights and responsibilities as a renter.
- Comply with special use rules and city code (e.g. amplified sound, equipment, insurance).
- Follow all Parks and Recreation Facilities Code
Park Site Information: A list of all parks with sites available for reservation including capacity, if the site has a shelter, number of tables, how many parking spaces, if special uses are allowed and additional amenities in the park.
Park Site Fees: Fees broken down by half-day or full-day use including number of people allowed, based upon Monday-Thursday, Friday-Sunday, or Holiday use.
Park Site Request Form: Form must be received no less than 10 days before the small, private park use date requested. Public and large private events require a Park Event Request Form no less than 60 days before the event date requested.
Park Special Use Form: A special use permit is required when hiring an individual, company, or subcontractor to provide any service or equipment in the park during a reservation. A Park Special Use Form is required no less than 30 days before reservation date to be considered for approval. Examples include food vendor/caterer to stay onsite during park use or deliver with setup/equipment, entertainment, games, party planner/decorator, equipment like chairs, tables, tents, etc. or an inflatable ride.
