From visitor centers and a theater to large, modern community centers, you are sure to find the perfect place to host your gathering.
If you're looking to rent a field for a practice or game, we can also help you. Bellevue Parks & Community Services maintains an array of athletic fields for a variety of sports, including soccer, lacrosse, cricket, football, baseball and softball. Reservations can be made for Formal Field Use (ongoing use for the full season, tournaments or sports camps) or Informal Field Use (one-time or a few select dates).

Athletic Fields
Reserve a field for ongoing use (e.g. camps/tournaments) or drop-in use. Fields available for soccer, lacrosse, cricket, football, baseball and softball.
Bellevue Marina at Meydenbauer Bay
The Bellevue Marina at Meydenbauer Bay includes three piers featuring covered and uncovered moorage ranging from 20 to 69 feet. Visitor moorage available.

Indoor Rentals
Looking for a place to have a wedding, meeting or other special event? Choose from community centers, visitor centers, a theatre and more! Spaces available for up to 250 people.

Film & Photo Permits

Drone Permits
Permits are available for Local Government Agencies, one of the City’s non-profit community partners, or an entity with an easement or right of entry over the proposed flight area.

Phantom Lake Non-Motorized Boat Launch Permit
Please visit the kiosk at Phantom Lake for a self-serve boating permit. Permits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Boating is allowed only during daylight hours. For more information, please call 425-452-7225.
