Bellevue Parks & Community Services strives to make program opportunities available to all interested individuals who live in Bellevue, regardless of income. We provide financial assistance (scholarships) to those who might not otherwise be able to participate. The application is available in several languages and can be downloaded below, picked up at one of our facilities, or mailed to you upon request, free of charge. About the Program
What is the program?
The Financial Assistance (Scholarship) program offers eligible individuals living within the Bellevue City limits funds to pay for Parks & Community Services (PCS) activities.
Who is eligible to receive financial assistance?
Individuals and families residing within the Bellevue City limits who meet the income qualification requirements.
What kind of benefits are available from the program?
- A predetermined amount of financial assistance dollars to use towards registered activities.
- A calendar year of unlimited drop-in sports, skate park and swimming; offered at City of Bellevue facilities during scheduled times throughout the year.
- Activities designed to promote physical, social, and emotional wellness for youth and adults. Some of these activities include fitness and recreation, art classes, camps, theatre and more.
To apply for the program, follow these steps:
1. Complete the financial assistance application form.
2. Submit the application to one of our community centers.
