Lewis Creek Visitor Center

The Lewis Creek Visitor Center is located in Lewis Creek Park. The Visitor Center provides a quiet and peaceful atmosphere with lots of natural light and a great view. The park itself includes a basketball court, children's play area, two covered picnic shelters and two Little League baseball fields with soccer overlay. The Visitor Center is a beautiful location suitable for business meetings, retreats and classes as well as small social gatherings such as weddings, receptions, anniversary and birthday parties, and memorials.

Capacity 

Maximum standing capacity is 50 people, 40 with theater seating or 30 seated at tables. 

Equipment

The room rental includes 8 upholstered lounge chairs with 2 small side tables, 5 five-foot round tables, 10 six-foot rectangular tables, 50 stacking chairs, LCD projector, speaker system, portable laptop stand, portable whiteboard easel, and a pull-down screen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave, sink, hot water kettle, 12-cup coffee maker, and a rolling coat rack.  Front and back outdoor patios are also included for use.  Free BellevueConnect WiFi is available, but not guaranteed. 

Renter's Guidelines and Responsibilities

Rental reservations must be made by a person 21 years of age or older.

The Lewis Creek Visitor Center is not available for private rentals during its normal hours of operation. Rental hours are as follows:

  • Monday–Tuesday: 8 a.m.–10 p.m.
  • Wednesday–Thursday: 5 p.m.–10 p.m.
  • Friday–Saturday: 5 p.m.–11 p.m.
  • Sunday: 5 p.m.–10 p.m.

For space availability, please call 425-452-6914 or email LewisCreekRental@bellevuewa.gov. Requesting availability does not guarantee a reservation; confirmation will be sent when Parks Scheduling Office staff receive your application forms and payment. 

Please note that requests made less than 30 days in advance are contingent upon staff availability.

Viewing

The Visitor Center is open to the public from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday-Sunday, and closed on holidays and during programs. Call 425-452-4195 before making a trip to ensure the Park ranger is on site and the facility is available to view.

Ready to request a rental date? To reserve your rental, complete and email the following required documents to LewisCreekRental@bellevuewa.gov, fax to 425-452-7221 or mail them to:

  1. Facility Use Request Form: this is your date/time request. Be sure to sign it!
  2. LCVC Supplemental Form: request for tables, chairs and other included equipment.
  3. Payment is required with request. We accept cash, check, VISA or MasterCard. To pay by credit card complete a Credit Card Authorization Form
