The beautiful colors of this spacious, airy North Bellevue Community Center make any occasion special. There is ample parking, a drive-through portico and easy access to landscaped grounds and patio space. Amenities include a large banquet room with a dance floor and separate carpeted dining area, a kitchen and five meeting rooms.

The NBCC easily accommodates groups large or small with meeting rooms for groups from 10 to 50 people, and our banquet facilities have a maximum capacity of 200. Included with any facility rental are tables, chairs, sound system, projection screens, microphones, stages and a podium. 

Available for rental seven days a week, the North Bellevue Community Center is located very near the Redmond technology corridor and is a great choice for business meetings, seminars and classes.

The park-like setting and beautiful building make the center ideal for social gatherings such as receptions, weddings, anniversaries and birthdays.

In order to reserve the facility for your rental, we require a number of documents to be completed:

North Bellevue Community Center's Banquet Room provides 3,127 square feet of event space for your next event. Its standing room capacity is 125 people, and it's adjacent to the Multi-Purpose Room and Full Commercial Kitchen. The space is pre-set with twelve 5-foot round banquet tables with seven chairs around each for your convenience.
  • Fee: $100/hour - includes use of the Commercial Kitchen

A three-hour minimum applies to all after-hours rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.

A 30% discount is available for non-profit groups providing proof of non-profit status.

North Bellevue Community Center's Multi-Purpose Room provides 3,240 square feet of event space for your next event. Its standing room capacity is 125 people, and it's adjacent to the Banquet Room and Full Commercial Kitchen.
  • Fee: $80/hour

A three-hour minimum applies to all after-hours rentals. Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.

North Bellevue Community Center offers two weekend rental packages. Both include the Banquet Room, Multipurpose Room, and Kitchen with a maximum capacity of 200 people.

  • Friday/Sunday Package: $125/hour
  • Saturday Package: $155/hour

North Bellevue Community Center's Craft Room provides 1,016 square feet of space for your next program, class or event. Its standing room capacity is 50 people.
  • Fee: $45/hour

Meeting Room A is 389 square feet, set up as classroom style and seats up to 20 people.
  • Fee: $40/hour

Meeting Room C is 372 square feet and seats up to 20 people.

  • Fee: $45/hour

A Facility Staff person is required for the entire direction of a rental, if any portion of the rental takes places outside of NBCC's normal business hours.

  • Fee: $25/hour
  • Additional staffing fees may be required for large groups and other special use groups at the facility's discretion.

Cleaning Fee: If additional cleaning services are required after the conclusion of the scheduled rental, these services will be performed at the expense of the renter, at $100/hour. 

Overtime Charges: If the renter or any people or items associated with the rental remain onsite after the conclusion of the scheduled rental, the renter will be charged twice the regular hourly rental and rental monitor fee in 15-minute increments until the person(s) or belongings have vacated. 

Cancellation Fee: A minimum of $35, up to 100% of the room rental fees. See the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy in the Facility Rental Guidelines
