Visitor Moorage is open daily between 8 a.m.-9 p.m. unless otherwise posted. The maximum allowable length of stay is four (4) hours per visit.
Visitor moorage is conveniently located between Pier 2 and Pier 3 in the marina, and accommodates 14 boats. Access, moorage and restrooms meet ADA accessibility guidelines.
Design of the facility was funded by Washington State's Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO).
Visitor Moorage Rules
Please observe the following rules when using visitor moorage:
Violations of any section of the Bellevue City Code (BCC) and the Parks & Community Services Facilities Code is a misdemeanor. This is an abbreviated list of the BCC. Full copies are available from the Parks Department and City of Bellevue.
It is unlawful:
- for any person to operate any watercraft at speeds in excess of seven knots within 300 feet of any swimming area, dock or park shoreline (BCC).
- to ride, propel, drive or direct any motorized vehicle over any street, drive or park in excess of 15 miles per hours when no speed limit is posted…(BCC).
- for any person to post or attach any sign, poster or notice or any other device of any kind for advertising in any park, except if authorized by the City Manager or his or her designee (BCC).
- to throw or deposit any refuse or other material in any part, except in designated receptables…(BCC). For your convenience, a garbage receptable is located near the entrance of Pier 3.
- for any person, except an authorized employee of the City to remove, destroy, mutilate or deface any park property, structure, facility or station (BCC).
Please be advised that the following activities are prohibited while using this facility:
- Overnight moorage
- Consumption of alcohol
- Mooring of commercial watercraft
- Use of sound amplification equipment that produces or reproduces a volume that is audible at a distance of 30 feet
- Fueling
- Possession or use of fireworks
- Destruction or removal of park property or vegetation
- Use of any form of hibachis, charcoal, wood or gas-type portable cooking equipment
- Swimming, fishing, or diving from the docks
- Any vessel repair or maintenance
