Per LUC 20.20.010 Footnote 1 and LUC 20.20.538 to construct 5 to 6 units on a lot the applicant shall provide documentation that the subject lot is within ¼ mile (0.25) of a Major Transit Stop as defined in RCW 36.70A.030.
At time of application submittal, a map image showing the subject lot is within ¼ mile of a Major Transit Stop needs to be provided. An acceptable map image can be created using Google Maps, Apple Maps, ArcGIS etc. The ¼ mile distance is required to be a travel path located within a Public Right of Way.
