An Arborist Report is a detailed, professional assessment of trees, typically prepared by an ISA certified arborist or qualified professional. It includes information about the tree’s species (Latin name), diameter at breast height (DBH), health, structural condition, and its relationship to nearby buildings, utilities, or planned developments.
Arborist Reports are often required to meet Code regulations — especially when tree removal, construction, or preservation is involved. Arborist reports provide essential guidance for homeowners, developers, contractors, and especially city review staff, to help them make informed decisions on trees located on a subject property.
