The purpose of the retreat is to set expectations, explore key components of effective councils, review 2025 accomplishments, discuss 2026 work items and projects, review council survey items and discuss next steps. There will be no opportunity for public comment. The retreat is scheduled for 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Thursday and 8:30 AM to Noon on Friday.
