Police add Narcan as life-saving tool
With opioid overdoses still on the rise regionally, Bellevue police officers are now equipped with the anti-overdose drug Narcan. Nasal Naloxone, more commonly called Narcan, blocks opioid receptors in the brain, immediately counteracting the life-threatening effects of an opioid overdose.
