    Bellevue Transit Center Raised Intersections

This project includes construction of new raised intersections on 108th and 110th Avenues NE, at NE 6th Street in downtown Bellevue. It aims to improve safety and accessibility to the transit center for both pedestrians and buses. The raised intersections will provide a seamless street crossing for pedestrians traveling from the East Link light rail station and the Bellevue Transit Center. They are located along the future Grand Connection, a signature, pedestrian-focused corridor through the heart of downtown Bellevue.

    Benefits

The project includes the following enhancements:

    • Raised, concrete intersections
    • Replace existing sidewalks
    • Replace traffic signal system
