City Hall is conveniently located at 450 110th Ave NE (Northeast Fourth Street and 110th Avenue Northeast) in downtown Bellevue, near the Bellevue Transit Center, a block west of Interstate 405 (on Google Maps).
If you are walking, the pedestrian entrance is located on 110th Avenue. When you enter the building, you will be on the second floor.
If you are using light rail, get off at the Downtown Bellevue station at Northeast Sixth Street and 110th avenues. Walk South on 110th Avenue and use the pedestrian entrance.
If you are busing, get off at the Bellevue Transit Center on Northeast Sixth Street between 108th and 110th avenues. Walk east to 110th Avenue, cross and use the pedestrian entrance.
If you are bicycling, bike racks are available on the building plaza (pedestrian entrance) and adjacent to the visitor parking garage.
If you are driving, the visitor parking entrance and exit is located off 110th Ave NE. Parking in the visitor parking garage is available on a “first come, first served” basis and parking availability is not guaranteed. There are other “pay” parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
The Council Chamber and all public meeting rooms are located on the first floor. Directories on the first floor indicate where meetings are.
