    Crossroads

In many ways, the Crossroads area is the heart of Bellevue. It’s the focal point for entertainment, cultural exchange, shopping and community services for area residents. Bustling, densely populated and richly diverse, Crossroads is characterized by an abundance of large apartment complexes, established single-family neighborhoods and restaurant and retail establishments.

    Wilburton

Historically Bellevue's "auto row," Wilburton is in the middle of an ambitious redevelopment planning process. Ultimately, the live-work district could include as many as 8 million sq. ft. of residential and 6 million sq. ft. of office/medical uses, in addition to retail and hotel spaces.
