City Hall Directions and Parking

City Hall is conveniently located at 450 110th Ave. NE (Northeast Fourth Street and 110th Avenue Northeast) in downtown Bellevue, near the Bellevue Transit Center, a block west of Interstate 405 (on Google Maps).

PLEASE NOTE: Beginning June 12, several types of closures along 110th Avenue Northeast will impact access to City Hall (map). The west driveway to visitor parking, one northbound travel lane north of the driveway, and the sidewalk north of the driveway to Northeast Sixth Street will be closed. Customers can access City Hall from the Sixth Street entrance.

If you are walking, the pedestrian entrance (plaza) is located on 110th Avenue. When you enter the building, you will be on the second floor.

If you are busing, get off at the Bellevue Transit Center on Northeast Sixth Street between 108th and 110th avenues. Walk east to 110th Avenue, cross and use the pedestrian entrance.

If you are bicycling, bike racks are available on the building plaza (pedestrian entrance) and adjacent to the visitor parking garage.

If you are driving, the visitor parking entrance is located on NE Sixth.

  • Parking in the visitor parking garage is available on a “first come, first served” basis and parking availability is not guaranteed.  There are other “pay” parking lots in the immediate vicinity.
  • Parking is available to anyone on weekends and legal holidays. The parking rate schedule is posted in the garage (rates are subject to change).

The Council Chamber and all public meeting rooms are located on the first floor. Directories on the first floor indicate where meetings are.
