The City of Bellevue and nearly two dozen partners are collecting food and hygiene products Oct. 1 through Nov. 15 at locations throughout the city as part of the Essentials for All food and hygiene supplies drive.

What to donate
Thank you for donating! Below is a list of the most needed food items.
Most-needed food items
- Beans and lentils: Black, pinto, garbanzo – dry in pouch or canned
- Ready-to-eat meat: Tuna, chicken, spam – pouches or canned
- Grains: Pasta, rice, quinoa, couscous, barley, etc
- Non-dairy milk (shelf stable): Oat, almond, soy
- Spices and chilies: Salt, pepper, dried spices, herbs, chilies
- Sugar: White, brown (bulk okay)
- Flour: All-purpose white and wheat, buckwheat, millet, masa
- Nut butter: Peanut butter, almond butter, etc.
- Cereals: Oats, breakfast cereals, cream of wheat, etc.
- Fruit and vegetables: Canned or dried fruit and vegetables such as shredded coconut, guava paste, raisins, sauerkraut, pickled vegetables
- Cooking oils: Canola, olive, cooking spray, etc.
- Soup and broths: Ready-to-eat soups; chicken, beef, or vegetable broth; bouillon
