    Submissions

    Please complete the Escrow Request Survey

    Please wait to submit requests that are greater than 45 days from the estimated closing date. Requests made prior to 45 days will create inflated payoff amounts that will be paid off by the time of closing. 

    Our Process
    Our goal is to provide you, by email, an estimated final bill within five business days of submission
    .

    At the time of the estimated closing date, we will start searching King County Records for a closing deed. If the sale is verified, we will automatically send a final payoff amount to the email(s) listed on the submission. We aim to send a final payoff request within three business days of verification of sale.

    If you have not received the final bill within three to five days of the closing date, please contact us.

    Rent Backs
    We will move the final billing date based on information from the buyer/seller on a rentback.
