The City offers bill assistance to Bellevue Utilities customers who are:
- Low-income and age 62+
- Low-income and with a permanent disability receiving benefits from a government program
- Receiving in-home dialysis
What bill assistance options are available?
- Residents Billed Directly: If you receive a bill directly from Bellevue Utilities, you can apply for a 70% discount on your basic utility costs.
- Residents Billed Indirectly: If you live in an apartment or condo and do not receive a bill directly from Bellevue Utilities and instead are billed through a 3rd party, you can apply for a rebate on basic utility costs.
To apply online, you will need an email address. If you do not have an email address, you can request a form application by contacting us at (425) 452-5285, or visit our office at Bellevue City Hall or Bellevue Mini City Hall at Crossroads Mall.
