Over the years, preparing for East Link light rail has generated a wealth of presentations, letters, reports and studies for alignment of project that lies within Bellevue. The documents below are generally dated from after the ST2 ballot measure passed in 2008 through 2013 when the first ("Umbrella") Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City and Sound Transit was approved. Learn more about the 2015 Amended MOU.
NOTE: In the design and mitigation phase of East Link, segments of the light rail in Bellevue were known as Segments B (I-90 to downtown), C (downtown) and D (downtown to BelRed/Overlake).
