With $7 million of federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding (SLFRP4086 from the U.S. Department of the Treasury), the city launched the Residential Rental and Mortgage Relief program. The organizations below have been contracted by the city to provide rental, mortgage and move-in assistance to low- and moderate-income residents during the pandemic. Please contact the agencies directly for eligibility information and applications.

Tenants who may be evicted because they fell behind on rent because of the pandemic, must have a chance to negotiate a payment plan before a landlord can try to evict them. The Bellevue Conflict Resolution Center is mediating talks between landlords and tenants.
