The Bellevue City council allocated approximately $3 million dollars for rental and mortgage assistance for 2023-2024. Most of this funding comes from city's American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) federal award (number SLFRP4086) from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The organizations below are contracted by the city to provide rental, mortgage and move-in assistance to low- and moderate-income Bellevue residents.
