About Director's Rules
Bellevue’s Director’s Rules are binding rules about land use and city code` the city administers. The rules are adopted according to the Administration and Enforcement chapter in the Bellevue Land Use Code (LUC 20.40.100). The Director's Rules are numbered chronologically by document number and year of publication. For example, Rule No. 01-2025 means the first rule of 2025. The final Director’s Rules are available online.
