Teen After School Support
An estimated $86,000 per year in funding will be available in 2027 and 2028 through the Teen After-School Drop-in Services RFP process, which is an open competitive application process. Proposals should address how the agency will provide consistent, free drop-in services for middle and high school aged youth every day of the week, including after school and in the summer to low- and moderate-income Bellevue residents in 2027-2028.
Funding for year two is contingent upon availability of funds and satisfactory contract performance in year one. Funding requests less than $20,000 will not be considered.

Convening Organization
An estimated $200,000 per year in funding will be available in 2027 and 2028, through an open competitive application process, for convening organizations in the education and/or human services sector. Proposal should address how the convening organization will facilitate collaboration, shared learning, and alignment across partners to achieve data-informed outcomes in support of a clearly defined mission or vision.

Contracting Requirements
To be eligible to contract with City of Bellevue for funding, the organization must submit the following documents at the time funding is awarded:
- Verification of 501(c)3 status or fiscal sponsor
- Fiscal documentation (see RFP for additional details)
- Insurance listing City of Bellevue as the insurer
- Active status with LNI
- Active status with Department of Revenue

Human Services Fund
The City of Bellevue provides grants to nonprofit organizations that support human services activities. Applications are solicited every two years. The Human Services Commission reviews the applications and gives funding recommendations to the City Council, which decides which organizations receive funding and how much is provided.
The application period for 2025-2026 Human Services Fund is currently closed.
Contracts and Reporting
Organizations funded by the city are required to submit quarterly performance reports and annual demographics and outcomes reports.
