The Communities of Color Coordinating Team is composed of Bellevue community members who work, attend school or live in Bellevue. Members serve a three-year term and are appointed by the city manager. After three years of service, a member may reapply and be reappointed. Vacancies occurring for reasons other than the expiration of a term shall be filled for the unexpired portion of the term. The team meets on the fourth Thursday of every month 5:30-7:30 p.m., with meetings available both virtually and in person at City Hall, Room 1E-120.
