Another huge concrete pour at the Lincoln Square Expansion project is scheduled for 12 a.m., Saturday, February 28, until 4 p.m., Sunday, March 1. Crews will set-up the following road closures at 11 p.m. on Friday and will reopen all streets by 9 a.m. on Sunday:
- Bellevue Way - closed northbound from south of Northeast Fourth Street to Northeast Sixth Street;
- Bellevue Way closed southbound to thru traffic at Northeast Eighth Street and to all traffic at south entrance to Bellevue Square (just south of the Red Robin Restaurant);
- 105th Avenue Northeast closed from Northeast Sixth Street to Northeast Seventh Street;
- Northeast Sixth Street closed from Bellevue Way to 106th Avenue Northeast;
- Northeast Fourth Street closed eastbound from 102nd Avenue Northeast (entrance to Bellevue Square) to 105th Avenue Northeast;
- Northeast Fourth Street closed westbound from 106th Avenue Northeast to just west of Bellevue Way.
Concrete trucks and pumps will be staged in these roadways to pour concrete for the north parking lot. Access to adjacent businesses will be maintained at all times, but drivers should expect detours and plan accordingly. Electronic message boards will provide directional messages.
With this many roadway impacts, safety for all is crucial. Whether you are bicycling, driving or walking, please be aware at all times and obey construction flaggers and signage.
