Kelsey Creek Farm, located in the Wilburton Neighborhood, provides an ideal setting for any event with its iconic historic barns, large open spaces, and opportunities for animal viewing.
Kelsey Creek’s farm animals are available for viewing year-round, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. each day.
Rental Information
The park features several indoor rental spaces including a farm house with a 760 square-foot community room and kitchen space as well as a 900 square-foot room in the historic 1943 barn. The unique farm setting makes these spaces perfect for parties, classes, meetings, and other social gatherings.

Farm House Main Room
This room (located in the Farm House at the south end of the park) has a capacity of 30 people and includes a kitchen with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. (Usage of the stove not permitted.) The room also includes folding tables and chairs.
- Rental minimum: Two hours.
- Rental fee: $50 per hour. Set-up and clean-up must be included in rental time.
- Facility staff fee: $25 per hour (required outside of business hours, Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
- Other fees may apply.
- Non-profits: 30% discount on room rental rates with proof of non-profit status.
Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
Farm House Classrooms A & B
These rooms (located in the Farm House at the south end of the park) have a capacity of five people each and can be rented as a package with the Farm House Main Room. They cannot be rented as a stand-alone. Rooms include folding tables and chairs.
- Rental minimum: Two hours.
- Rental fee: $10 each (A & B) per hour. Set-up and clean-up must be included in rental time.
- Other fees may apply.
- Non-profits: 30% discount on room rental rates with proof of non-profit status.
Rental times need to include setup and take-down time.
Education Barn Farm Room
This room (located in the Education Barn at the north end of the park) has a capacity of 30 people and includes a kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The room also includes folding tables and chairs.

How far in advance can I reserve space?
Bellevue residents - 12 months in advance.
Non-residents - 11 months in advance.
Is the Facility Staff fee required for all rentals?
Facility Staff fees are required for all rentals that take place outside of business hours, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
See the Parks Facility Rental Guidelines for the City's cancellation policies. The refund policy is determined by the date we receive written confirmation of a date change or a cancellation.
Alcohol:
Alcohol is not permitted in any rental space or anywhere in the park at Kelsey Creek Farm.
Catering:
Drop-off catering (catering staff does not stay at KCF during event) does not require a permit and fee. On-site catering requires permits and fees.
Decorations:
No balloons or decorations are allowed outside the rental room. Balloons can be taken indoors but must be in groups and weighted down.
Set-up and Clean-up:
Renters are responsible for all set-up and clean-up. Both should take place during the scheduled rental time.
Weekly Rentals:
Requests for ongoing weekly rentals are accepted at Kelsey Creek Farm. Review the Facility Rental Guidelines or call Kelsey Creek Farm for payment plan and reservation policies.

Catering and Entertainment
Bellevue Parks & Community Services requires prior authorization for all special use requests provided during facility rentals. The Indoor Facility Special Use Form must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to your rental in order to be processed.
