    Request Conflict Assistance

    Do you need help resolving a conflict? If you are a landlord or tenant seeking help through the Eviction Prevention Pilot Program, or if you have another kind of conflict, please fill out the conflict assistance form below. We will call you once we have had a chance to review the information provided. 

    Additionally, you can contact us at 425-452-4091 or bcrc@bellevuewa.gov. Interpretation services provided as needed.

    Per Senate Bill 5160, Section 7, paragraph 4, a landlord who wishes to participate in the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program must provide us with a copy of the ERPP and the Pay or Vacate Notices that were served to the tenant. It will also be helpful to BCRC’s process to have a copy of any reasonable repayment offers that have been made under Section 4 of SB 5160.
