Bellevue’s popular summer Neighborhood Walks series returns for a ninth summer this month in three Bellevue neighborhoods. These walks provide residents an opportunity to chat with city staff and share their thoughts on each neighborhood’s unique character and emerging needs.
This summer’s walks will be held on July 10, 23 and 24 in the BelRed Arts District, Cougar Mountain/Lakemont and Eastgate areas respectively. Each walk typically lasts about 90 minutes and covers approximately 1.5 miles. Community members who don’t plan to walk the route are still welcome to come and meet neighbors and city staff at the gathering point before the walk starts.
No matter which Bellevue neighborhood you call home, the city invites you to join one of this year’s walks and connect with staff and share what’s happening in your neighborhood.
