The Kelsey Creek Farm Fair scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 3 will be canceled this year due to COVID-19. For the past 38 years, the annual fall festival has featured farm animals, music and pumpkins at Kelsey Creek Farm.
“While we are disappointed to cancel the event that traditionally gathers 5,000 people from around the region, the safety of visitors and staff is our top priority,” said Michael Shiosaki, director of the Parks & Community Services Department. “We look forward to returning in 2021.”
Kelsey Creek Farm Park offers 150 acres of forest, meadows and wetlands in the heart of Bellevue, offering a glimpse of the city’s past. The park’s barnyard, playground and picnic shelter are closed, but most walking trails at te farm are still open. Please recreate responsibly, maintain six feet of physical distance from others, and wear a mask in areas where physical distancing is difficult.
More information about Kelsey Creek Farm is available on the city’s farm web page.
