The Bellevue Human Services Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on housing and human services needs in Bellevue 6 p.m. Monday, May 6.
The information collected at the hearing will inform the development of the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan and the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. This information will also be used during funding recommendations for program year 2025 CDBG grant allocations and the 2025-2026 Human Services General Fund grant allocations.
Human services support viable and thriving urban communities by funding affordable housing, food security, housing and homelessness prevention, health and mental health and youth services, principally for low- and moderate-income people.
The May 6 Human Services Commission agenda will be available at city agendas on May 1 with details on how to access the hybrid public hearing.
Written comments must be submitted to the Human Services Commission at humanservicescommission@bellevuewa.gov by noon May 6.
