The Utility Bill Assistance team is processing applications in the order they are received. Due to a large number of applications received, long‑term assistance applications may take up to 11 weeks to process; however, all approved applications will receive funding retroactively to February 2026 with no late fees, regardless of when the application is processed. The City of Bellevue invites the Horizon View community to celebrate the completion of a new water reservoir and pump station during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 15, 12:30-1:30 p.m. at 4809 151st Ave. SE.

The new facility is a major investment in Bellevue's drinking water system, helping provide safe, reliable water service and fire protection for the Horizon View neighborhood and surrounding community.

"We are grateful to the community for your support during construction of this critical infrastructure," said Utilities Director Lucy Liu. "This project is an investment in Bellevue's future and will strengthen the resilience and capacity of our water system for generations."

Parking is limited

Parking at the reservoir site is limited. Visitors are encouraged to walk, bike, scoot or carpool if possible.
