On Saturday, September 6, 110th Avenue Northeast will be closed downtown between Northeast Sixth and Eighth streets, from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Crews will be milling and paving the roadway as part of a private development project.
Buses will be rerouted around the closure. Detours will be marked for drivers. Access to businesses will be maintained. Pedestrians will still be able to access both sides of the roadway.
On Monday, September 8, 106th Avenue Northeast will be closed between Northeast Fourth and Eighth streets from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a company's public promotional event.
Drivers will be detoured, and officers will be on-site. Those planning to attend the event are encouraged to park at the Bellevue Galleria or find alternative modes of transportation, such as walking, biking, busing or carpooling.
