As part of Sound Transit's East Link light rail project, the City of Bellevue is constructing a new produce stand adjacent to the Winters House. The produce stand is a two-story building of approximately 1,750 square feet. The building is designed to provide space for blueberry and other produce sales, and a small office.

The farmstand is located at 2220 Bellevue Way SE.

The Farmstand is now dried in, meaning that the roof, windows, and doors have been installed. The siding has been installed giving the building an iconic barn look. The majority of the work is now occurring in the interior of the building. Wall paneling, plumbing, electrical, paint and staining, and fixtures are going in.

Construction started in April of 2023 and expected to finish mid-summer 2024. When completed the farmstand will be a short walk, either along the sidewalk, or through the Mercer Slough Nature Park trail system, from the new South Bellevue Station and Park and Ride.

During construction, the Mercer Slough Trail system will remain open to the public. Please be careful of construction activities if visiting the park.

The farmstand will be operated in 2024 by Cha Family Farms including blueberry sales, U-Pick, and produce sales. For more information on hours of operation and opening dates for blueberries, please visit https://bellevueblueberryfarms.com/

We apologize for the inconvenience that the construction creates and appreciate your patience. We will work hard to maximize safety and minimize impacts to you!
