A City of Bellevue Welcome Week Activity! 
Join us for an evening of mask making!  Feel the power of masks.  Create a mask inspired by your favorite cultural influence.  Masks will be combined into a community art project and on public display for three weeks.  Registration is highly recommended, as space is limited!   Instructor:  Brad Niemeyer.

Acrylic Painting:  Introduction 
This course will take students through the very basics of acrylic painting, starting with the types of materials and tools that one can use, to the techniques of handling this medium. 

BASS (NWAC Open Studio) 
BASS is the Bellevue Artist Studio Social.  Drop in and draw with other artists in a relaxing and comfortable space.  Bring your sketchbook!  A surprise still life subject will be provided at each session.  Big paper, charcoal, and easels are provided.  You should bring the other supplies you'll need for your drawing project.  Pay one affordable fee for the quarter; come once or to all sessions.  BASS meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month.  Instructor:  Brad Niemeyer

In the event of inclement weather,the Parks & Community Services Department will make every effort to clearly communicate the status of facilities and programs, scheduled special events and rentals. Administration will make an operational decision based upon the safety of participants and employees, and the ability to appropriately staff programs and facilities.

NOTICE: If the Bellevue School District is closed due to inclement weather, all Parks classes and programs are cancelled. However, select facilities may be open for drop-in activities at a modified level. Please call the facility or program area for additional information and weekend program information.
