Crossroads Community Center offers many programs and partners with community providers to serve anyone interested in recreational activities.  We offer a range of afterschool programs, music lessons, Pre-Kindergarten, cultural enrichment, and health and wellness programs.  From rock climbing, to TaeKwonDo, to learning how to play a song on a guitar, Crossroads Community Center is a welcoming environment for lifelong learning.

The City of Bellevue offers scholarships for Bellevue residents for most Parks & Community Services programs.  Visit the scholarship web page or call 425-452-6885 for more information. 

Crossroads Community Center is your neighborhood Pre-Kindergarten premier choice. These quality, affordable classes include music, stories, crafts, and play. We offer valuable session-themed courses from September to May and follow the Bellevue School District's curriculum to prepare children for Kindergarten next year.  Call 425-452-4874 to learn more about Crossroads Pre-Kindergarten.  Partial scholarships are available for Bellevue residents.

Build reading skills and confidence by reading aloud to a certified therapy dog in a welcoming environment.  Reading with Rover is a community-based literacy program working with schools and libraries throughout the greater Seattle area.  Space is limited.  Sign-in sheet is at the door.  No younger siblings.

TaeKwonDo Plus classes offer a traditional TaeKwonDo training curriculum with the added benefits of practical self-defense techniques (HapKiDo) and instruction of proper, safe falling and rolling.  TaeKwonDo is an excellent way to grow physical fitness, gain flexibility and increase your focus, balance and coordination.  Practice hand and foot techniques with an emphasis on healthy movements for your joints and muscles.  TaeKwonDo workouts include cardio, mental focus, core conditioning and stretching exercises for all ages 7 and up.  Families are welcome.  Sparring is light touch, tag-style.  Martial arts techniques are taught in a safe, fun environment by a husband and wife team:  Sabrina Mix, martial arts instructor for 20+ years, 4th Degree Black Belt, and Matthias Leibmann, 2nd Dan.  New students may enroll anytime and ask for pro-rated tuition.  For more information, please see instructors' web site

This weekly, half-hour one-on-one class is perfect to learn to play chords and single notes on either electric or acoustic guitar. Learn how to make your guitar learning experience as fun and as easy as possible. In the first week, you'll be able to play a song that you know by the time you get to the second lesson (if you practice). Taught by Dace's Rock 'n' More Music Academy Founder and President, Dace Anderson. This weekly, half-hour, one-on-one class is perfect for any beginning piano student. We'll make the lessons fun and informative, so the student will learn the important fundamentals of piano and music in general while being inspired to keep practicing and wanting to learn more. Taught by Dace's Rock 'n' More Music Academy Vice President, Arielle Young. Experience indoor rock climbing!  Crossroads Community Center has partnered with Stone Gardens to offer a FREE instructor-led introductory class for first-time climbers and beginners. One two-hour course is offered monthly.  Pre-registration and a completed waiver form are required to participate.

The Bellevue Table Tennis Club (BTTC) holds practices, three tournament per year, and weekly coaching on Sundays at the Crossroads Gym.  For questions about BTTC membership and pricing, please email bttcinformation@gmail.comvisit their website, or call 425-241-0332.

Join us for guided movement based on Chi Kung and soft-style martial arts. Begin the Tai Chi Yang Style short form. This class encourages proper posture for effective stretching combined with simple strengthening exercise.  Energize your body as you calm your mind. Long-term benefits include increased flexibility, coordination, balance, strength and a deeper mind-body connection. Instructor has been doing martial arts and meditative movement for over 20 years. Club Kids is an afterschool program for elementary-aged kids by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue. The Club Kids site at Crossroads Community Center serves students from Sherwood Forest and Ardmore Elementary Schools. For more information, please call (425) 746-2827 or visit their website.
