Located on the 200 block of 100th Avenue Northeast, (between Northeast First Street and Northeast Fourth Street) on the east side of Bellevue Downtown Park. This is the only lot at the Downtown Park with ADA parking spaces available during the event and is accessible by permit only. Display your ADA permit to gain entry into the lot.
